  • We do not offer monthly or annual membership packages. There is no lock-in contract. Members pay a weekly fee. goes here

  • RM150 per week. Our current introductory offer for Foundation Members is RM125 per week.

  • We do not provide 1-on-1 personal training. BFT offers group classes – which are trainer-led, screen-assisted.

  • Each 50-minute class is led by two (2) trainers. The exercises for a class are displayed on screens. Before the class starts, trainers will explain and demonstrate how each exercise should be done. Throughout your class, our trainers are on hand to assist you, correct your form, modify the exercises to suit your level, and provide you the necessary support to get you through your class. You can also refer to the screens -- which shows each exercise -- to self-adjust or self-correct your form or movements.

  • The central-piece to our world class studio experience is our proprietary heart rate monitoring technology, BFT³. BFT³ allows our members to see their training effort and performance in real time. Your heart rate will be displayed along with other members on the screens as you exercise, allowing you to optimize your effort based on different heart rate zones. With our companion BFT app, you get to keep track of how you performed for every session you have with us.

  • We limit each class to thirty-six (36) participants only.

  • 50 minutes.

  • Yes. You can book via our BFT Booking app. Available for both iOS and Android devices.

  • BFT is for every fitness level. Our accredited trainers are there to assist you by making necessary adjustments or modifications to the exercise so that you are able to maximize your session, based on your fitness level.

  • We will be sad to see you leave us and the great community you will be part of, but we understand life happens. Should that ever happens and you decide to cancel your membership, inform us at least forty-eight (48) business hours before your next weekly billing date.

  • As many as you want! But remember to listen to your body. When you need to recover and recharge, do so.
